An intimate fine dining experience

In Livigno, at an altitude of nearly 2,000 meters, the Alps provide the backdrop for an extraordinary gastronomic experience. The young Chef Attilio Galli leads the restaurant Al Peršéf, which has already been mentioned twice by the Michelin Guide, offering an unexpected cuisine that combines oriental flavors with ingredients from the Alps, taking your taste buds on a journey far away while also evoking sweet childhood memories.

Just as the chef studies and carries on research for the creation of his dishes, we have worked on a recipe to give the right visibility to this small Taste Laboratory. Starting with the definition of the creative strategy, we selected a food-specialized photographer to capture the essence of Attilio Galli’s cuisine. We meticulously worked on the editing of the content produced to find the color tones that best represented and enhanced the dishes from the three tasting menus. We defined the restaurant’s image and collateral materials. We invited journalists from all over Italy to participate in an exclusive tasting event specially organized for them. And here is the recipe, but we can’t reveal the secret ingredient.
